COURSES, RETREATS, WORKSHOPS

How then do we make this transformative journey to Ha Galil the centre, where Christ is and discover the kingdom of heaven which is within all of us? What methods and what framework of understanding this process, does Christian mysticism offer us, in particular a modern Christian mysticism with its roots reaching into the depths of its own tradition but also ever evolving for us in this challenging new century?

Through developing awareness and practices using our breath, through prayer, sound, movement, story, poetry and music, and often through being in and working with nature, we begin to become more present to what is usually hidden from us in our everyday lives, the kingdom within.
